What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address and payment confirmation details. We never see or store your full card number — payments are processed by PayPal or our card processor.

How we use it

Your information is used only to fulfil orders, provide support, and (if you opt in) send occasional news about new charms and promotions. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working, plus privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the store is used. You can block these in your browser at any time.

Data retention & your rights

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
